Pause Here

You just moved through all four Aces: heart, dreams, discernment, and resources. You fell in love with yourself on a self-date, declared "It is done" for your 2-3 biggest dreams, released what doesn't serve those dreams, and touched your resources to see what you have and what you need.

That's a lot. Before we move into the Twos (CHOOSE), we're taking a week to pause with what the inquiries from the previous weeks brought up.

Let yourself notice what shifted. Give yourself space to just be for a minute before you keep going.  Integration (making meaning)  is one of the most critical parts of the work.

Primary Practice: Observation and reimagination

Pull the Aces out of your deck.  Study the imagery.  What choices did the artist make that align with how you experienced the card?  What didn’t align? Draw representations of the Aces that match you. These don't need to be good. Stick figures, symbols, colors, abstract shapes, stickers, can all work to create an image that works for you.  This is a practice you'll continue in your companion journal throughout the year: building your own relationship with each card based on what it taught you.

This Week's Reflection

Instead of a new exercise, reflect on these questions:

Looking back at Weeks 1-4:

  • What was it like to start with self-love (Week 1) instead of goals and hustle?

  • When you declared "It is done" for your 2-3 dreams (Week 2), how did that feel in your body? Did you believe it? Are you starting to?

  • What came up when you released what doesn't serve you (Week 3)? Grief? Relief? Fear? All of it?

  • When you touched your resources (Week 4), did you feel abundance or scarcity? What does that tell you?

  • Can you see the thread connecting all four weeks? Self-love → Dreams → Release → Resources?

  • Which Ace was hardest for you? Why do you think that is?

  • Which Ace felt most natural? What does that tell you about yourself?

  • What do you need right now? Rest? Celebration? Support? Space to grieve what came up?

Write your responses, or speak them out loud, or just sit with them quietly.

You don't have to have it all figured out. You just planted four seeds while falling in love with yourself. Now you're letting them root.

Give yourself credit for showing up.

What's Coming Next

Starting next week, we move into the Twos: the CHOOSE constellation. These cards are about balancing and getting your ducks in a row before you leap into what's next.

The Twos ask: what do you actually need before you move forward? What deserves your finite energy and attention? What's ready, and what still needs time?

For now, rest. Let the things you’ve planted start to take root.

When you’re ready, head to the CHOOSE Constellation Introduction.

You’ve read the Aces. Weeks 6 through 52 go deeper. A full year, one card at a time. Companion journal to build your own tarot references as you go. Monthly meetings to connect with others learning about themselves alongside you. Keep going with the full program for $70.
